Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
